Hope everyone is settling into Autumn. Its been a busy term here at the barn with group classes, 1:1’s and workshops taking place. Everyone seems to be enjoying the face to face classes again and its giving the barn a really nice buzz.
We are now taking bookings for next term and have a few spaces which have opened up, plus we’ve added a new Hatha Flow class on Thursday at 11am – see below for more info…
If you haven’t visited us before the studio is equipped with underfloor heating and countryside views to give you an extra sense of rejuvenation. We also keep the classes small (just 6 people) so you can have a more personalised teaching experience and get the most out of the classes.
Hatha Flow Yoga
These classes combine flowing and static postures that will have a positive impact on your mental, emotional & physical wellbeing. Strong emphasis is placed on breath awareness in synchronisation to movement, as we mindfully flow from one pose to the next. These classes will help improve our strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. We will also encourage the mind to settle, and connect with the present moment by practising breath & body awareness throughout.

Vinyasa Yoga
For those looking for a slightly more dynamic class, these classes include a mixture of flowing movements & static postures with strong emphasis placed on breath awareness. Challenging, but still allowing time to align yourself and maintain steady breathing throughout. Moving through a sequence of poses linked to the breath, we will improve our strength, flexibility and balance.
