Please park on the white gravel drive or alternatively on the roadside near the barn. When parking on the roadside please be mindful not to block the pavement. One wheel on the pavement is acceptable, just not blocking the walk through as we do have wheelchair & pushchair users in the village. Please do not park on the grass verge in front of Bascote House.

What happens in a group Yoga or Pilates class?
Sessions usually last for an hour and start with a warm up to prepare the body and mind. Your teacher will introduce you to a range of movements designed to align, stabilise, release and strengthen different body areas. Movements are performed in a variety of positions such as standing, lying down and seated. You will find that depending on your ability, postures are adapted to cater for your needs.
What happens in a Private Yoga or Pilates class?
A private session can last anywhere between 1 – 1.5 hours, this allows us to go through a thorough health assessment and postural examination. Your teacher will then introduce you to a range of movements designed to align, stabilise, release and strengthen different body areas, these will be tailored specifically to your needs based on the findings of your health assessment. If you choose to book a 6 week course of private classes you will be given a weekly home exercise programme.
How many people are in a group class?
Classes are kept to a maximum of 6 people or 8 people for restorative classes with little movement involved. This small group format allows us to give you the attention required and to guide you on a more individual level.
