From Long Itchington: Follow signs to Bascote, head along Bascote Road for about 1 mile. Drive past the Bascote village sign, and follow the road sharply round to the right, the Serenity Barn is first on the left
From Southam: via Welsh Road turn right at the cross roads towards Bascote, follow the road through the village and the Serenity Barn is on your right just before the sharp left hand bend.
From Leamington: via Ufton, once you have passed through Ufton, turn left into Bascote Heath (past Lister Wilder). Go straight over at the cross roads towards Bascote, follow the road through the village and the Serenity Barn is on your right just before the sharp left hand bend.
We are located on the roadside at the entrance of Bascote Chase.
Parking. Updated Parking Policy
We kindly request that you park on the white gravel drive, or alternatively on the roadside. If you choose to park on the roadside, please avoid parking too close to the entrance of Bascote Chase. To encourage a safe flow of traffic, we are now encouraging clients to park further down the road alongside the horse field.
Previously, we requested parking on the roadside to be no closer than the apple tree on the drive. However, we’ve found that parking further along will help ensure safety, particularly near the sharp bend, and also provide better visibility for those exiting Bascote Chase
There is ample space along the horse field, but please remember not to block the pavement or restrict access to the field, as the farmer enters frequently with a tractor.
On arrival
Please enter through the large black gate and make your way to the side entrance door at the barn.
Footwear policy
Please remove all footwear on arrival and place shoes in the shoe stand on the right as you enter.
