Amy

Owner & Yoga & Pilates Instructor

I am Amy, a working mum in a busy world. I try to get things right, that’s my ideal, (I’m a virgo!) but it doesn’t always happen. More often than not I maintain a healthy balance with just the occasional lapse. I keep a calm approach (most of the time!) My upbringing was holistic, my Dad ran a health store and my Mum is still an acupuncturist. I am one of six siblings, the house was always bustling. You would expect me to be a socialite growing up in such a large family but I’m not really. When I’m not teaching you will often see me hanging out with the family. We love everything and anything outdoors – from walking across the fields/coastal paths, long cycle rides or when possible swimming in the sea!

Adam

I have spent my working life in the motor trade, taking on various roles from dealerships to manufacturing. Working hard to get to the top, I always had my heart set on getting there and becoming a service manager of a main dealer. When I finally achieved what I thought was my career goal, I decided to retrain as a SOMA Breath breathwork instructor and cold water exposure coach.

My goal now is to help as many people as possible become aware of and understand what we, as humans can achieve with our own breath and pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zones.

Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren and I’ve been practising yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2016. Prior to teaching I worked as a registered nurse and enjoyed attending various yoga classes as a way of unwinding after work.

My teaching draws from the different styles of yoga I have practised over the years. Combining teachings from the Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga traditions. A typical class includes flowing mindfully from one pose to the next, and will challenge your strength, balance and coordination. By focusing on the breath, and moving in this way, we encourage the mind to quieten and allow ourselves to connect with our present moment experience.

GEET

Geet Fateh is an Energy Healer and Sound Alchemist. She herself has been on a deep personal transformational healing quest, overcoming anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. Geet Fateh transitioned her career out of the corporate world, into the Holistic Health and Healing Arts World, and is now wholly devoted to her life’s purpose; to be in service to Humanity and Mother Earth.

Louisa

I am an experienced compassionate physiotherapist with 18 years of experience within the NHS, specialising in enhancing pelvic health for over a decade. I am passionate about helping people to better understand their bodies and improve their confidence to movement and enjoy exercise. Now also certified by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, I am enjoying integrating Pilates into therapeutic practice.

béa

Hello, I’m Béa: nature-enthusiast, lover of learning and a mum of two initially inspired by the inquisitiveness of my children in my yoga practice to make the move into training to teach. I now specialise in sharing yoga with children, families and young people, and am a Special Yoga Practitioner for Autism and ADHD.

Victoria

Hey hey! I’m Victoria and I have been teaching yoga for 8 years now. I did my first yoga training in 2013 and am trained in both the practice of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2009 and so often integrate beneficial bodyweight work into my yoga classes. Postural alignment does wonders for both how your body looks and feels.

Meeta is a Certified Health Coach & EFT (Tapping) Practitioner, specialising in Stress and Burnout. Using her unique approach that combines EFT Tapping and her extensive training in holistic
practices, Meeta transforms the physical and emotional wellbeing of her clients, empowering them to feel happier, healthier and thrive in life.

Hi, I’m Holly, mindfulness teacher, intuitive coach, creator of “My Kind of Mind” and neuro physio by background. I am so passionate about mental well-being and sharing the incredible benefits of mindfulness with as many people as I can.
