Hi, I’m Lauren and I’ve been practising yoga since 2011 and teaching since 2016. Prior to teaching I worked as a registered nurse and enjoyed attending various yoga classes as a way of unwinding after work.

Liz Sparkes co-wrote and directed an MSc Mindfulness & Compassion at Coventry University, where she began to also explore and experience the magical, transformational nature of compassion and energy work. 


I am an experienced compassionate physiotherapist with 18 years of experience within the NHS, specialising in enhancing pelvic health for over a decade.


Hello, I’m Béa: nature-enthusiast, lover of learning and a mum of two initially inspired by the inquisitiveness of my children in my yoga practice to make the move into training to teach.


Hey hey! I’m Victoria and I have been teaching yoga for 8 years now. I did my first yoga training in 2013 and am trained in both the practice of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga.
