Two new classes starting this september…

With so many classes currently waitlisted, we’re delighted to announce that we’re growing the timetable and have two new classes starting this September.

Vinyasa Power Flow with Mark

This energising Vinyasa Power Flow combines dynamic movement with mindful breathing to strengthen the body, focus the mind and deepen your connection to yourself. Each class gently weaves traditional yoga philosophy into the practice, offering an opportunity to explore yoga beyond the physical postures.

As you move through flowing sequences, you’ll build strength, flexibility and body awareness while discovering how the principles of yoga can support everyday life, both on and off the mat.

About Mark

Yoga has been part of my life for over ten years, beginning as a physical practice before gradually becoming something much deeper. Through movement, breath and traditional yoga philosophy, I found a greater sense of balance, presence and connection, and it’s a journey that continues to inspire me every day.

After almost twenty years working as a frontline police officer, I understand the importance of finding space to slow down and reconnect. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible to everybody, regardless of age, experience or ability. I aim to create classes that are welcoming, supportive and encourage students to move with awareness rather than striving for perfection.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years, I hope you’ll leave each class feeling calmer, stronger and more connected to yourself.

Pilates with Eva

Eva’s classes focus on strengthening (especially the core), posture, balance work, mobilisation of the spine, movement control, and stretching of tense muscles. The exercises might be adapted and variations are in place for everyone to improve their own fitness level gently, yet effectively.

With a background in Sport Science and a comprehensive APPI Pilates Teacher Training, Eva’s goal is to help you to move safely and effectively within your own physical range. With emphasis on correct movement so you gain the maximum benefit out of the class. Leave the class with a smile and feel confident that you have done something truly beneficial for yourself.
