SUP Yoga

This summer we’re excited to be collaborating with Leam Boat Centre. Join James for yoga on the water with our Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga class in the beautiful surroundings of Jephson Gardens.

This 75 minute class will start with a paddle up the river, allowing you to connect with the water and calm your mind. We will then find a serene spot on the river to enjoy a variety of yoga poses, with modifications available for all levels. As we finish the practice we’ll relax into restorative poses and enjoy the soothing sounds of water, leaving you refreshed and recharged.

A class that brings together the best of yoga and nature!

Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

SUP boards and all equipment is provided.

    I am recovering from a broken bimalleolar ankle fracture.
    but am able to weight bare now
