One of our monthly favourite, this is a gentle, slow paced class offering long held yoga poses allowing your body to enter a deep state of relaxation. Props such as bolsters, blankets & blocks will be used so that you are supported and comfortable in the poses.
These classes offer you the time to pause, rest and reset. To slow down, breathe and re-find a sense of calm.
