Yoga for Beginners Courses

These Yoga for Beginners courses are the perfect introduction to Yoga. Ideal for people that are completely new to yoga, or those with more experience looking to enhance their knowledge.

Over the course you will learn the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice, including breathwork, key yoga postures and sun salutations. There will be plenty of options to suit all abilities.

Held in a small group setting with a maximum of 8 students, this course will help to give you a taste of what yoga is all about in a friendly and relaxed environment.

We’re running two courses next term:

Wednesday’s 18:00 – 19:00, starts 23rd April (5 week course)

Thursday 09:30 – 10:30am, starts 1st May 2025 (4 week course)
