Our intimate classes hold a maximum of seven, so you can experience pure tranquillity and unique professional teaching.

Our online classes are taught in a gentle, yet effective way, that will condition your body and reduce muscular imbalances. Through this teaching you will feel happier, fitter and energised.


Flow of Grace with Su is a vinyasa yoga and martial movement practice accessible to all. Classes integrate held postures with flowing sequences inspired by movements found in Kalaripayattu (Indian martial arts), Qigong and other warrior practices that empower us to self-care. Many of these movements explore animal forms that connect us to our ancient and ancestral lineages. These graceful flows lie at the heart of this contemporary form of Hatha yoga.

My work is rooted in Ayurveda also know as traditional Indian medicine and the ‘sister science’ of yoga. One of the aims of Ayurveda is to help us work with the qualities of spring, summer, autumn and winter through practices that support us during these different times of year. Because we approach each season differently you will learn a variety of yoga practices to help you self-care all year round.

Classes begin with setting a seasonal theme, a short meditation, some breath-work and joint mobilisation. We are then ready for our flows punctuated by a range of standing, kneeling, seated and lying postures. Classes finish with a guided relaxation called Yoga Nidra, a poetry reading and an aromatic breathing exercise. Suitable for all levels. Beginners very welcome!


Single Classes = £6.50 (can be bought in multiples and used any time)

4 week block booking = £20 plus free access to regularly added yoga sequences and practices in the Video Library at

These classes with Lauren are designed to help you find more ease in both body and mind. Strong emphasis is placed on breath awareness in synchronisation to movement, as we mindfully flow from one pose to the next. Moving through a sequence of poses we will improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance. By bringing awareness to body and breath we encourage the mind to quieten, and allow ourselves to connect with our present moment experience. Expect to feel challenged physically, whilst at the same time experience a well-deserved rest for the mind!


  • £24 for 4 weeks (access to x1 class per week

Yoga Flow classes with Sarah aim to unite breath and body movement into a flowing sequence that supports and inspires mindfulness.

While practicing a series of yoga asanas (postures) that increase strength, balance and flexibility, students will also be invited to go deeper into the sensations created within the body and to explore the relationship between body, breath and mind. Students of all levels welcome.

These classes with Diane aim to balance muscular strength and flexibility whilst simultaneously developing all aspects of core fitness. We will be exploring classical pilates exercises in contemporary and creative ways with plenty of exercise variations using bands, balls, light weights and other small equipment. Modifications will be given to beginners or for those with physical limitations. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method of exercise used to improve functional movement, core strength and mobility whilst also helping to sculpt a sleek, toned, slender physique and good posture.
