This May, we are excited to welcome Dawn Wright to the studio for a 4-day Yoga Nidra Immersion. Dawn has over 25 years teaching experience and has taught hundreds of teachers all over the UK, and we can’t wait to have her with us.
What is Yoga Nidra
Often referred to as ‘yogic sleep’, Yoga Nidra is a highly restorative relaxation practice. It promotes deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety and enhancing overall wellbeing.
What’s included
This course will provide you with an understanding of the history, science and benefits of Yoga Nidra, as well as help you develop the skills you need to find your own voice and teach this practice. The full course details can be found here…
Course Structure and Dates
7th – 10th May 2026. This is a 4 day immersion; each day will run from 10:00 to 17:00 UK time (with an hour lunch break).
Who’s it suitable for
Suitable for movement and meditation teachers, therapists, reiki masters and anyone interested in exploring the practice of Yoga Nidra, whether its to integrate into your own teaching or for your own practice.
Delivery Method
Teaching methods include lectures, meditations, inquiries, reflective exercises, small groups, partner work and teaching practice.
