Led by prenatal yoga teacher, Natalie McMahon you’ll have the opportunity to meet with other mothers-to-be in a supportive environment.
Take a moment each week to nurture yourself and your baby in a welcoming and peaceful setting.
Suitable for those in their second trimester (14 weeks and beyond). No previous yoga experience necessary.
