Gentle Yin Yoga

This time of year is perfect for practising a slow-paced Yin Yoga class. Starting this week and continuing every Friday 4-5pm, James will guide you through sessions that encourage relaxation in long held postures, targeting connective tissues of the body such as ligaments, joints and fascia. The slower practice of yin allows students to explore deeper layers of their physical and emotional bodies, and opens up the flow of Qi! Everyone welcome, no experience necessary.
