Yoga for Men

We’re excited to launch a class designed exclusively for men! While our regular classes warmly welcome participants of all genders, we also understand that some men feel more comfortable in a space tailored specifically for them.

James will guide you through sessions that not only enhance your flexibility and mobility but also helps reduce stress, promote overall well-being, all in a supportive environment.

Starts Thursday 7th November (7 week course). Time: 20:30 -21:30.
