It’s hard to believe it’s nearly April already, its lovely to feel the days starting to lengthen and the weather warming up.
It’s been a busy weekend here at the studio with two Sound Healing Immersions, Women’s Wellbeing Nutrition, our first Men’s Retreat, and a lovely relaxing Sunday Slow Down Yoga.
We’ve now opened up booking for group Yoga & Pilates class next term, starting on 8th April. The timetable is pretty full with a few new classes starting too – Monday morning Pilates, Early Risers Ashtanga, and Mum & Baby Yoga. You can view the full timetable and book your space HERE.
