These beautifully unique journeys are curated by Geet Fateh , with her inviting you to deeply relax with some gentle breaths and then guiding you into a deep meditation whilst playing the beautiful Angelic Crystal Singing Bowls, the magnificent Ancient Acoustic Gong and Koshi Chimes. These create a healing vibration that surrounds, entrains and allows an inner balance to emerge in the self – The internal adjustments experienced are transformational. Quite simply, you are restoring yourself back to harmony!
