We have the last few spaces in our group class timetable and we have also added a new extra Yoga for Beginners course on Wednesday’s at 5.30pm which starts next week. Plus new for February we have two Dynamic Vinyasa Classes on a Thursday evening and Friday morning.
For those of you looking for a one off class, we have a Yin & Yang Yoga Flow which includes a deep relaxation and is sure to leave you feeling energised and renewed and also a ‘Happy Hips’ Yoga Flow. Tension stored in our hips can have a profound affect on our nervous system and emotional well-being. Why not come and discover for yourself?
