Organic Yoga Mat Spray (50ml)

Directions

Avoid direct contact with eyes; in case of contact with eyes rinse well with warm water. Do not apply to broken skin.

Organic Essential Oil – Calm (10ml)

A calming and restorative blend to support relaxation.

Directions

Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser; for inhalation add 4-6 drops to a bowl of steaming water; add 6 drops to a bath.

Magnesium Sleep Butter Taster (30ml)

Nourish your skin, and support deep, restful sleep with our soothing magnesium sleep butter.

Directions

Massage a grape sized portion into your feet or lower legs every evening at bedtime.

Lavender Eye Pillow

Deepen your relaxation with one of our Ekotex dried lavender and linseed filled Eye Pillows! Sewn from organic cotton, the outer cover can easily be removed and washed as frequently as you need.

The linseed provides mild pressure on the eyes to help with deepening relaxation in savasana or after a stressful day at the office! For a cooling effect, you can always pop these in the fridge too.
