Ideal for people that are completely new to yoga, or those with more experience looking to enhance their knowledge. This beginners course has been thoughtfully designed to help you establish a solid foundation from the start.

Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll explore the essentials of a balanced yoga practice, including breathwork, fundamental postures, and sun salutations. We offer options suitable for all skill levels, ensuring every participant feels welcomed and supported on their journey.
