Each session will be held on zoom for 1.5 hours to 2 hours. The group will be kept small. If you miss a session you can receive the recording.
The course will run Thursday evenings, apart from the month of August. 6:30-8pm, starting 4th June.
The course will involve teachings relating to psychology, philosophy, and science with spirituality, meditations and practices and some other activities. The aim is to support you through an inner transformation. Maybe you wish to forgive, let go, gain confidence or create something in your lives?
The course fee for 12 sessions is £300, this is £25 per session. There is a £35 deposit payment to secure your space. There are 2 concession places. You also are welcome to a 30 minute 121 session with me during the course. It’s ok to miss sessions they will be recorded.

Connect deeply with your inner essence and envision your soul self living fully in alignment with love, joy, and purpose.
7 – Stepping into compassionate presence
Examine relationships, expectations, and judgments to release blame and other challenging emotions
8 – How to Cut Energetic Cords
Learn practices to release attachments, toxic energy, and patterns that no longer serve your highest good.
9 – Compassionate Presence and gratitude
Use heart-centered exercises to cultivate gratitude.
10 – A Vision of Love
Immerse yourself in the energy of love and alignment, creating a clear vision of the life you desire.
11 – Feeling the Joy as It Moves Toward Me
Open yourself to receiving joy, abundance, and love—allowing them to flow naturally into your life.
