If you have tried an ice bath before and managed to find the peace that it can bring, or if it’s your first time – try it under the light of the stars for an even more relaxing experience.
This 2.5 hour introduction to cold water exposure is perfect for those new to cold water, wanting to dip their toe in for the first time, this is also beneficial for those more experienced cold water immerses to develop their skills with a professional.

Throughout the evening, you will be taught breath-work techniques that create energy and heat in the body to help you adapt to the cold. These techniques are able to help you navigate challenges in your daily life and create resilience within you.
The sauna will be fired up too, to further enhance the hot/cold exposure elements. There will also be a selection of hot drinks available and our cosy underfloor heated studio to help you acclimatise.
