Sam
Sam found yoga fifteen years ago and was amazed at the sense of inner peace and groundedness she felt after practice. After many years of self-practice, she trained in both Ashtanga Vinyasa and Well-Woman Yoga Therapy (also known as womb yoga). In her classes she invites you to turn your gaze inwards and explore the inner landscape of your being, whether that’s through a vinyasa flow or diving into deep rest in yoga nidra. She believes that the body is our greatest teacher, and that yoga can help guide us along this path of self-enquiry: yoga brings us home to ourselves.
Sam’s Classes
A big part of her focus is adapting the practice to meet her student’s needs, so that each student feels welcome and empowered to begin to explore their own practice. In her classes you’ll find a blend of pranayama (breath), asana (postures), and meditation.
