With a background in Sport Science and a comprehensive APPI Pilates Teacher Training, my goal is to help you to move safely and effectively within your own physical range.
My classes focus on strengthening (especially the core), posture, balance work, mobilisation of the spine, movement control, and stretching of tense muscles. The exercises might be adapted and variations are in place for everyone to improve their own fitness level gently, yet effectively.
My work
I emphasis on a correct movement so you gain the maximum benefit out of the class. I want you to leave the class with a smile and feel confident that you have done something truly beneficial for yourself.
