Join Dawn Wright for an intensive weekend of both theory and practice of Yoga Nidra, allowing participants to deepen their practice and personal experience. This course will allow participants to understand the history, science and benefits of Yoga Nidra, while developing the skills needed to deliver Yoga Nidra in a variety of settings. The non-dogmatic approach encourages teachers to explore different approaches to the practice and develop their own voice as a Yoga Nidra teacher.

Course Structure and Dates
7th – 10th May 2026, held in person at The Serenity Barn. This is a 4-day immersion; each day will run from 10.00 to 17.00 UK time (with an hour lunch break).
28 contact hours, plus 22 non-contact hours. Non-contact hours: reading, yoga nidra practice, and course assignments.
Fees: £525. Payment plans available on request.
Hours and Accreditation
50 CPD hours with awarding bodies such as Yoga Alliance and British Wheel (28 contact hours, plus 22 non-contact hours).

About Dawn
Dawn has over 25 years of teaching experience and has been training teachers since 2012. She is known for her supportive, practical and informative approach to training and provides Teacher Training across the spectrum, from Foundation Courses for new teachers, to qualified yoga teachers who want to expand their knowledge and skills. Yoga Nidra has been part of her yoga practice since she started on her yoga path over 30 years ago, and she has trained hundreds of teachers around the UK in Teaching Yoga Nidra.
