New Pilates Class with Eva

Eva has a Sport Science background and is a comprehensive APPI teacher. Her classes focus on strengthening (especially the core), posture, balance work, mobilisation of the spine, movement control, and stretching of tense muscles.

Suitable for all levels. The exercises might be adapted and variations are in place for everyone to improve their own fitness level gently, yet effectively.

A 7 week course held on Tuesday’s 11.15am – 12.15pm, starting from 8th September 2026
