Together you will be guided you through a calming and restorative morning of gentle yoga flow, mindful meditation and sound bath, allowing you to re-connect with yourself and restore a natural state of flow within your mind, body and soul.
Expect to leave reset and ready to continue the season in a more mindful and connected way.
The Mini Reset Retreat is suitable for all abilities and no previous experience is needed, however, due to health and safety reasons sadly this retreat is not suitable for ladies who are pregnant.
