Massages are carried out on a mat on the floor and the client remains fully clothed throughout. The therapist uses their hands, forearms, elbows and feet to apply pressure to different parts of the client’s body, as well as incorporating more extensive yoga-type stretches into the massage. Each treatment begins at the feet and works its way up to the head, bringing a sense of opening and balance to both the energetic and physical body.
