Hey hey! I’m Victoria and I have been teaching yoga for 8 years now. I did my first yoga training in 2013 and am trained in both the practice of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga. I have been a Personal Trainer since 2009 and so often integrate beneficial bodyweight work into my yoga classes. Postural alignment does wonders for both how your body looks and feels.
I hope to bring to all my classes, the benefits that yoga gives to me: a calmer mind, a better focus and an increased perspective of self-worth. When we think of our body as something that is capable of learning and adapting, we start to appreciate it and serve it better. A regular yoga practice creates the space for mind-body connection which is crucial to all wellbeing programs, after all – how can you give your body what it needs, if you never connect to it?
I enjoy working with people of all different ages and fitness levels. An increased level of body knowledge and self-awareness brings ripples of progress to all individuals. We are all inevitably bound by our own self-beliefs and life perspective. It is amazing to witness change as those boundaries and self-beliefs evolve over time. You have the power and together, there is so much waiting for us,
