At the moment we are limited to teaching online classes so that you can still find peace of mind, feel rejuvenated and gain a sense of self-fulfilment all in your own home.

Our online classes are taught in a gentle, yet effective way, that will condition your body and reduce muscular imbalances. Through this teaching you will feel happier, fitter and energised.

FIVE SEASONS (Ayurvedic) YOGA

Day & Times:

Mondays 7- 8pm
Thursdays 7-8pm
Saturdays 9.30- 10.30am

In Five Seasons Yoga with Su we look to counter-balance the qualities of spring, summer, autumn and winter through practices that support us during these different times of year.  As we are coming into Spring the present focus will be on giving the body-mind a good "spring clean' through the practice of short repetitive vinyasas to build heat in the body.  We will also explore twists to stimulate the digestive system (agni) and backbends that help us open out and re-connect with Mother nature after winter hibernation. This class also integrates flowing movements inspired by classical Indian dance and Qigong (movement meditations).

These are mixed ability classes suitable for all levels including beginners.

YOGA/PILATES FUSION

Days & Times:

Wednesdays 10 - 11am

Yoga and Pilates overlap in many ways and share many of the same body positions though the approaches, focus and names may differ. Yoga/Pilates Fusion with Su looks to harness the grace, beauty and benefits of both disciplines for a balanced holistic fitness experience.  This method enables the body to move in a number of different and beneficial ways.  It also greatly compliments more vigorous forms of exercise and helps to improve athletic/sport performance through the development of a powerful core system.

These are mixed ability classes suitable for all levels including beginners.

SHAKTI-FLO

Days & Times:

Tuesdays 6- 7pm
Fridays 2- 3pm


ShaktiFIo classes with Su balance shadow boxing/combat and HIIT, with yoga and meditation for a yin - yang approach to holistic fitness.  In the boxing/combat element you will learn punching, striking and kicking combinations with proper form, technique and flow.  This aspect of the class also overlaps with self-defence training (RCS).  The yoga and meditation practice in the latter part of the class is designed to help the body and mind establish a state of calm and rest after a thorough workout.  Gentle, flowing yoga sequences help to safely cool down the body and slow down the mind.  These sequences also integrate slowed down martial arts movements inspired from qigong and graceful hand gestures (mudras) found in classical Indian dance.  ShaktiFlo classes provide an all-in-one fitness experience from the comfort of your own home.  They are also an excellent way to cross train if you partake in another sport such as running or cycling.

HATHA FLOW YOGA

Days & Times:

Tuesdays 12-1pm
Wednesdays 7-8pm

Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm

These classes with Lauren are designed to help you find more ease in both body and mind. Strong emphasis is placed on breath awareness in synchronisation to movement, as we mindfully flow from one pose to the next. Moving through a sequence of poses we will improve strength, flexibility, co-ordination and balance. By bringing awareness to body and breath we encourage the mind to quieten, and allow ourselves to connect with our present moment experience. Expect to feel challenged physically, whilst at the same time experience a well-deserved rest for the mind!

£24 for 4 weeks (access to x1 class per week

£28 for 4 weeks (access x3 classes per week)

YOGA FLOW

Days & Times:

Tuesday's 7.15-8.15pm 
Wednesday's 6-7pm
Friday's 8-8.45am

 

Yoga Flow classes with Sarah aim to unite breath and body movement into a flowing sequence that supports and inspires mindfulness. While practicing a series of yoga asanas (postures) that increase strength, balance and flexibility, students will also be invited to go deeper into the sensations created within the body and to explore the relationship between body, breath and mind. Students of all levels welcome.

Prices:

£30 per 3 week block which gives you access to all of the above Yoga Flow online classes
