Yoga Brunch Morning

Join us for a wholesome morning of Yoga & delicious food to leave you feeling revived and nourished for the weekend ahead.

Lauren Barrett will guide you through a 75 minute class, with plenty of time to pause, rest and reset. Connect with your body and mind as you flow through a series of poses, focusing on breath and movement.

After the class, we will head outside (weather permitting) and enjoy an indulgent delicious, brunch created and lovingly served by Lexi Loving Spoon.

The Brunch: Asparagus and feta frittata, avocado, roast tomatoes, pesto mushrooms, harissa houmous, toasted seeds, sourdough, slow spiced Chai latte, latte, creamy cacao, fresh whole bean coffee. Please advise any dietary requirements on booking.
