14:00 – 15:30 we will begin the session with a heart-based practice & visualisation connecting to inner knowing.

16:00 – 17:00 beautiful ceremony to set the energy for the months going forward for the winter, and a deeply relaxing sound journey.
We are too quick to dismiss our own knowing a lot of the time, working with intuitive visualisations brings a lot of trust in our own knowing.
This session is suitable for anyone, with any level of experience.
