The Moon Salutation sequence is a lovely calming and meditative practice, usually practiced on the Full Moon or New Moon. It has a slow and grounding feel to it and can help to reduce stress and anxiety, especially nice to do in the evening to calm and soothe the body. The meditative, calming quality of the poses helps to form a strong connection to the breath, preparing the body and the mind for a restful night’s sleep.
Please note the moon salutations start in a kneeling position so if you have any issues with your knees please contact before you book so we can advise whether or not the class will be suitable.
