A gentle, supportive Physiotherapist led class welcoming people with back pain or other injury to learn to move without fear and build up balance, strength and confidence.
This class will be held with Louisa Ford specialist Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
This is aimed at people with back pain but please enquire if recovering from other injury or surgery to understand if this class is suitable for you. The class can be tailored to ability but will involve some standing work and lying down mat work so ability to move between these position is needed.
When: weekly on Tuesday’s 1.30 – 2.30pm
