It’s amazing what you can do with a bit of breathwork!
Yesterday, 8 amazing people attended our first ice bath immersion and learnt breathing techniques with Adam to help them face their fears in the cold. The sauna was on to keep people warm in between and delicious cakes were provided by Desa Cafe.
Sitting in cold water for even 1 minute is not an easy thing to do but the health benefits are huge.
If the idea terrifies you, start gradually. We have various pools at different temperatures so you can take just 1-2 mins in the cool pool – it all counts!
