Yoga for Beginners (6 wk course)

We have the final few spaces in our Yoga for Beginners 6 week courses starting next week…

At The Serenity Barn it’s our desire to give you the best foundations from each and every class. Perfect for people that are completely new to yoga, our 6 week course is designed to do just this from the very start!

Over the course you will learn the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice, including breathwork, key yoga postures and sun salutations. There will be plenty of options to suit all abilities.

We will ensure you have the foundations of good alignment and the right balance of strength and flexibility, as well as more breath awareness. There will be lots of repetition over the 6 weeks and we will build on them week by week.

When: Wednesdays 6-7pm OR Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm
