What a great weekend we had, immersing ourselves in the art of Teaching and Deepening Somatic Movement with Deborah Berryman.

A milestone for the studio in more ways than one - our first teacher training event, with participants who travelled from London, and as far away as York!

We explored the intricate connections between body and mind, engaging in practices that encouraged us to listen to our bodies and connect with our inner selves. Both days were filled with insightful discussions, that not only enhanced our understanding of somatic movement but also deepened our personal experiences on the mat.

So grateful for Deborah’s incredible guidance and this wonderful community! Big thanks to Cynthia @desa_cafe for the delicious lunch that kept us all well nourished. More weekends like this to come….🙏🏻
