FAMILY YOGA

New to the barn, these are informal and relaxed sessions where you can move at your own pace and enjoy spending time with your children while exploring yoga creatively. Connection is at the heart of them, with some elements led by Béa alongside plenty of opportunities for you to move, breathe and explore within your individual family groups.
 
Discover a range of yoga poses, sequences, movements and breathing patterns, alongside other elements of yoga such as focus and relaxation. This isn’t about finding the ‘perfect pose’ but about children enjoying moving their bodies, understanding their breath and connecting with themselves and the world around them.

There will be two sessions. A 30 minute session suitable for 2-5yrs old and an hour long session suitable for 3yrs+.

When: Saturday 22nd April. 9.30am – 10am (2-5yrs) & 10.30am – 11.30am (3yrs+)
