Perfect for those who are complete beginners, as well as those looking to return to practice after a break or to deepen their knowledge. This six week course will help give you a taste of what yoga is all about in a friendly and relaxed environment. Held in a small group setting with a maximum of 6 students, we will cover the basics of yoga, postures, breathwork and relaxation. Throughout the course you will also be taught a variety of meditation techniques.You will also be provided with a home sequence and be supported with how to start practising at home if this is of interest to you.No previous yoga experience required.
